Hi, I'm Jessica — founder of JL Training Co. and passionate coach dedicated to helping people build confidence, strength, and sustainable habits.

I began my journey in the fitness industry in 2020, and since then, I've been committed to helping others create healthier lifestyles. I believe fitness should improve your life, not consume it. What is done in the gym should complement and add value to your life outside the gym. That's why I focus on creating personalized programs that help clients feel stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally while building routines they can actually maintain long-term.

Through accountability, education, structured training, and nutrition support, my goal is to help you not only achieve results, but truly understand how to sustain them for life.
