Do I need experience to start?+
Not at all. I work with complete beginners through advanced lifters. Every plan is built around your current level and goals.
What's included in virtual programming?+
Personalized workouts are delivered in an app with video demos, direct messaging with your coach, and movement feedback. To see more details of specific inclusions for each of our three tiers, check out the training packages page.
Can I do both virtual programming and 1:1 coaching?+
Yes! Many clients take advantage of both options. We'll discuss this in our intro call to find the best fit for you and your goals.
What's your cancellation policy?+
Virtual Programming requires a 2-week (14-day) written cancellation notice. 1:1 Coaching requires a 24-hour minimum notice. If the cancellation is within 24 hours, the session will be deducted from the package. We understand life happens, so if there are unforeseen circumstances, contact your coach and we can accommodate on a case-by-case basis.
