What does a typical session look like?+
Every session is one hour and includes a mobility-focused warm-up, strength and conditioning work, and a recovery cool-down — fully tailored to you.
Do I need experience to start?+
Not at all. I work with complete beginners through advanced lifters. Every plan is built around your current level and goals.
What's included in virtual programming?+
Personalized weekly workouts in our app with video demos, direct messaging with me, and weekly written feedback on your progress.
Can I switch between in-person and virtual?+
Yes — many clients combine both. Train in person when you can, and stay on plan with virtual programming the rest of the week.
What's your cancellation policy?+
Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled anytime — no contracts.
